The editors do not consider manuscripts concurrently submitted for publication to other journals, nor works that have already been published as articles or are part of another work submitted or accepted for publication by another print or electronic media outlet.
By submitting an article to the editors, the author agrees that the editors and the journal publisher acquire exclusive property rights to use the manuscript, including reproduction in print and online; distribution; translation into any language; export and import copies of the journal containing the author’s article for distribution; and dissemination to the public.
The editors reserve the right to abridge and edit the manuscript, conduct scientific editing, and redesign graphs, figures, and tables to align with the journal’s design, without changing the meaning of the information presented. The Author guarantees that they have exclusive rights to use the material submitted to the Editors. In the event of a breach of this warranty and any claims against the Editors or the Publisher in connection therewith, the Author undertakes to settle all claims independently and at their own expense. The Editors and the Publisher shall not be liable to third parties for any breach of the Author’s warranties. The Author reserves the right to use the published material, fragments, and parts thereof, for personal purposes, including research and teaching.
The Author grants the above rights to the Editors and the Publisher indefinitely, throughout the world without limitation, including within the Russian Federation. Rights to the manuscript are considered transferred by the Author to the Editors and the Publisher upon acceptance for publication.
Reprinting of materials published in the journal by other individuals and legal entities is permitted only with the written permission of the Editors and the Publisher, with mandatory indication of the journal title, issue, and year of publication.
The Editors are not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the Author.
Readers may submit comments, questions, or criticisms regarding articles published in the journal. Authors may respond to comments if desired.
Submission of an article to the editorial board confirms the author’s full agreement with the journal’s rules. Manuscripts rejected for publication will not be returned.
